Archive records are scanned across the entire country, sector by sector, so coverage is national rather than concentrated where the infrastructure is easiest.
Scanned pages are then indexed with AI assistance, turning births, deaths, and marriages into structured records rather than page images.
Everything lands in an electronic document management system: a secure, cloud-based platform for storage, search, and controlled access, integrated with the e-Government platforms already in use.
The problem it solves
Paper archives fail in two directions at once. They are fragile, so a flood, a fire, or simple decay destroys records that cannot be reconstructed. And they are slow, so even an intact record can take days to retrieve.
For the citizen those two failures feel the same. Whether the record burned or is merely hard to find, they cannot prove who they are today.
What changes for people
Faster access to legal identity, which is the precondition for school enrolment, land inheritance, financial access, and every entitlement that requires proof of who you are.
A history protected from loss, held in more than one form and in more than one place.
Records that other government systems can verify directly, so a citizen stops being the courier of their own paperwork between agencies.
