Monitor-pro & Monitor-pro v2: Monitoring & Evaluation Software

Indicators, targets and field data with live dashboards, and in version 2 results frameworks, evaluation workflows and an evidence library, so institutions measure outcomes rather than outputs alone.

What happened
Monitor-pro is Azul Tech's monitoring and evaluation software. Version 1 brought indicators, targets, and field data into one place with real-time dashboards. Version 2 extends it into full evaluation, with results frameworks, evaluation workflows, and an evidence library.

Indicator frameworks carry baselines, targets, and reporting periods, and are fed by offline-first field data collection, so an enumerator in a place with no signal still records data that syncs when they reach one.
Real-time dashboards give programme managers and partners current delivery rather than a picture that was accurate last quarter.
Version 2 adds the evaluation layer: results frameworks that connect activity to intended outcome, evaluation workflows, and an evidence library that donors, boards, and government oversight can actually inspect.
The problem it solves
Most monitoring systems count outputs because outputs are easy to count. Workshops held, kits distributed, people trained. All true, and none of it says whether anything changed.
The gap between output and outcome is where programme money quietly stops working. A programme can hit every delivery target and still fail the people it was designed for, and without an outcome frame nobody finds out until the final evaluation, when it is far too late to adjust.
The benefit
For a programme manager, visibility while there is still time to change course.
For a funder or board, outcome-level evidence rather than an activity report.
For an institution running many programmes with many partners, one standard instead of a different spreadsheet for each.
