Trail is Azul Tech's centralised audit logging, observability and security monitoring system. Every security and operational event across the estate is captured as it happens, sealed into a cryptographically chained record that cannot be altered after the fact, and made searchable for investigation and compliance reporting.

What we delivered
- 01Audit logging and event tracking: real-time capture of logins, file downloads and system activity, each entry carrying a timestamp, severity level, the affected entity and the actor responsible.
- 02Cryptographic integrity verification: every entry is hash-chained to the one before it, so the dashboard can confirm a verified chain and any tampering with historic logs becomes evident.
- 03Identity and access monitoring: authentication activity and success rates are tracked continuously, surfacing failed login attempts that signal unauthorised access.
- 04Knowledge base vectorization: active documents are indexed into vector chunks, powering semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation over institutional knowledge.
- 05Log storage and search analytics: OpenSearch underpins storage and querying, with fast search, system health checks and JSON log exports for compliance reporting.
