Road safety data in DR Congo.

For DR Congo the corridor enters through the eastern provinces, so the node was deployed for the Goma and Bunia crossings first rather than nationwide. Azul Tech implemented the platform with the CNPR in French, with a provincial-first rollout that can extend westward on the same rail.
